HALL PRICING (Seats up to 490 people)

For Wedding Receptions: $5000 including $1000 damage deposit

      
 
 
 Great Hall Breakdown:

• Outside alcohol is allowed but requires the presence of an off-duty police officer for an additional fee. Alcohol sales require additional paperwork. Please contact the office for details. 
• You have access to the building the day of the event from 8am to Midnight (this includes your DJ, caterer or anyone else who needs to drop off or set up).
• Access to the building the evening before your event is granted on a per-case basis. Please check with the office.
• The Hall holds 490 people.
  • We have 50 round tables and chairs which are included in the price
  • Tables are 60" round, we will order 90 x 90 linens for an extra fee
  • 8-foot rectangular tables are available for cake, cards, gifts, photos or buffet line, we will order 114 x 52 linens for those tables for an extra fee
  • Round tables seat 8 chairs per table, 7 chairs comfortably
  • We have black or white table cloths available for rent and table skirts available for rent
  • The hall is usually set for 250. You are responsible for setting up or taking down whatever you need for your event  
  • We allow you to decorate the Hall, but you must remove any decorations at the end of your rental period
• We offer a stage and backdrop for your rental. The stage is 8 feet by 24 feet and holds a bridal party of 12. 
• We allow you to bring your own caterer, DJ, Cakes, etc.
• You  have access to the kitchen for setup and staging.
